As the Construction Manager, we are responsible for:
- Assisting in the design/re-design process
- Obtaining all building permits
- Collecting and processing all bids and material estimates
- Contracting with all contractors and suppliers
- Ordering building materials
- Coordinating all building inspections and adhering to all building codes
- Scheduling and supervising all aspects of the construction process
- Utility and infrastructure installation
- Managing and implementing Options/Change Orders
- Providing monthly draw requests to Owner with verified vendor and subcontractor invoices
- Working to comply with Sec. 3 and E.O. 22 guidelines
- Paying all vendors and subcontractors
- Staying within budget and schedules
